    SANS 10330:2020 INTERNAL AUDITING OF HACCP MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS IN ACCORDANCE WITH SANS 19011:2018
  • Course Description:
    Intervention 5: This course develops competence of food safety team members; custodians of the FSMS and FSM consultants to conduct Internal audits of the organisations' HACCP Food Safety Management system to enable fulfilment of the SANS 10330 requirements and to ensure ongoing continuous improvement of the system and business. This course is based on the requirements in accordance with First Party Auditing as stipulated within ISO 19011:2018. A free copy of the SANS version of the auditing standard is issued to all learners Learner requires a minimum result of 60% in summative assessments to attain a Successful Completion Digital Certificate. Learners with above 70% will receive a SAATCA endorsed certificate. Learners with below 60% will be awarded with a Certificate of Attendance.
  • Duration:
    Intervention 5: 3 consecutive days including summative assessments. To attend the course learners need to fulfil the entrance requirements. Please refer to pre-requisite information for more details. Learners designated as Food safety team members may also progress into the workplace program for Internal Auditors.
